I am selling 10 signed and numbered 11 x 14 Giclée prints of my original concrete on canvas work called “The Innocents”. 100% of the proceeds from these prints will be used toward the purchase of new furniture for the Fr. Vincente Pena Community center, which is a part of St. Ann Parish. If you would like to purchase a print for this wonderful cause, the minimum donation is $50. Please message me offline, email me at email@example.com or give me a call at 210-501-2005. Thanks! www.stevetysonart.com
My Granddaughter Carter at the Studio! It’s amazing how naturally creative children are, and they are blessed without having walls build yet around their imagination. Some of my favorite quotes about children and art.
“The urge to draw must be quite deep within us, because children love to do it” David Hockney
“The world today doesn’t make sense, so why should I paint pictures that do? Pablo Picasso
“Coloring outside the lines is a fine art” Kim Nance
Completed ‘The Falls’, a large 8′ x 3′ Acrylic. Hanging in the studio from an old pulley I found at Pickers Paradise on Fredericksburg Road in San Antonio. Check it out if in the local area for some amazing old finds!
Finally figured out how to simulate sugar granules on over 20, 12 inch acrylic fruit loops……one of life’s little lessons.
I was asked to paint my view of one of our Church’s stained glass windows. It will be auctioned off this Saturday at the annual St. Brigid fundraising Gala. Almost done except for some glazing and shadows. If anyone would like to bid on this painting, please drop me a line. It is 24 x 36 inches, Acrylic. All proceeds go to a very good cause! I will ship at no charge. Blessings, Steve
